【波特兰先生】震惊世界的冠状病毒在2012年9月就首次在欧亚大陆出现了。7年前的2013年2月21日星期四，中国《济南时报》“天下”版A29以大标题《新冠状病毒“进化”能感染人类》刊发了报道，副题标明“世卫称病毒人际传播可能性加大，中国尚未发现输入性病例”。该报道 还配置了新冠状病毒图片，从报纸上电镜照片可见与2019新冠外形很像。毫无疑问，这是一则关于新冠状病毒的报道。同版面还另刊文《类“非典” 全球报告确认12病例》。
报道消息引自欧洲研究人员报导。当时命名就是“新冠状病毒”。2012年9月首次在英国、沙特阿拉伯、卡塔尔、约旦出现。当时确诊12例，3例英国，5例沙特阿拉伯，卡塔尔2例、约旦2例。死亡5例，3个在沙特，2个在约旦。可见病死率相当高。也许因为沙特、约旦都是医学比较落后的国度。
英国卫生防护局研究人员分析：这种病毒的最近亲属可能是一种蝙蝠冠状病毒。这说明世卫组织对这种新冠病毒早就很清楚，也早就知道中国不是发源地，所以要求全球间防疫。为什么世卫组织能这么前沿、准确地预报疫情，原因很简单，他们并非不知道新冠状病毒“进化”能感染人类。而且当时的病毒来自于英国、沙特阿拉伯、卡塔尔、约旦，那是肯定的。由此在没有发现真正的病毒来源时，就将中国或美国视为病源地是缺乏依据的。
人们有理由质疑：世卫组织早在2012年9月就知道新冠状病毒出现在欧亚大陆，新冠状病毒“进化”能感染人类，称病毒人际传播可能性加大。那么世卫组织为此做了些什么防护措施？对新冠状病毒有总观察例数吗？研究过新冠状病毒基因序列吗？
如果7年前，世卫组织就对新冠状病毒的出现高度重视，发出警示，组织各国专家对此进行研究，是不是可以避免当今的疫情出现？
那些一心专注在权威刊物上发表论文的专家学者们，似乎也早就知道冠状病毒会“人传人”，也早就知道“这种病毒的最近亲属可能是一种蝙蝠冠状病毒”。因此才着手研究起蝙蝠等“宿主”，并不是什么最新的“发现”和“成果”。
我不是什么专家学者，但对于防止病毒细菌传染的知识还是略知一二，勤洗手、常消毒，这只是一般常识。天天戴口罩、不出门、不交友、不工作，能抵御人类防止新冠状病毒的传染吗？新冠状病毒早在2012年9月就发现了，只是没有在适当的时机、区域发作。
当疫情漫延到世界六大洲时，相信人类杰出的科学家们共同携手，一定会找到治疫的药物和办法。比新冠状病毒最毒也是最难治的是人性的变异，不知善恶，隐瞒真相，推卸责任，有背民意，则天地共诛。
